New to site but not to weight loose

I am 36 year old woman. My name is Jackie. I have had 4 children naturally. I have 100lbs to loose and having a hard time doing it. I am a vet so I also belong to the MOVE program which is where I first learned about this site. I am hoping that with this site I might be able to finally loose my weight and keep it off. Any help is greatly appreciated.
