How do you guys alleviate DOMS???

Seriously, I try to do some low intensity type of movement just to get the blood flowing. Yoga, stretching, walking and foam rolling to get things moving and flush out the lactic acid and get oxygen and nutrients into the muscle.0 -

Lactic acid is long gone when DOMS kick in, stretching and massage doesn't appear to be effective.
Foam rolling...still debatable. I foam roll before nearly every day and have had "DOMS" for 2 years since I started squatting 3x a week. lol0 -
