    Have you consulted with your doctor? If so, has he or she given you a specific diet and exercise plan to follow and be supervised by?

    If you haven't seen your doctor recently, it would be a good idea to get a consult and be given the medical green light, before going out on your own.

    I wish you well on your journey. Be patient with yourself and you will slowly achieve your goal over time.
