today I earned almost 800 cal for exercise should I eat all the additional calories that seems like a lot! I've eaten breakfast and lunch and still have 1700 cal to eat for dinner seems a bit excessive!

You do not have to eat your exercise calories. It is better to eat back just a percentage, in order to ensure a calorie deficit.
I used to eat up to 50% of the calories burned through cardio when measured with my Heart Rate Monitor.
Please note that MFP calories burned estimates and gym machine calories burned estimates are off the mark.
I am curious of how did you arrive to the 800 calorie burned that you mentioned in your posting. Unless you have measured with a specific measure device, I would not trust "theoretical numbers"
Good luck in your healthy journey0 -
I did a 5 mile walk away the pounds video! I only counted it as a 115 min brisk walk! With the aerobics and strength in it it would actually be more0
