Eating at night

I sip on tea with splenda or share a bag of light popcorn with my hubby so about 120 calories fir popcorn snack in bed once you change the habit it gets better. Super hard though, my little one goes to bed at 7:30 so I get snacky after his bed time. I'm adding you though the struggle is real.

I'm a night eater so I save half my daily calories for after about 8pm. Instead of forcing myself to shift my hunger earlier, I just accept that I'm hungrier at night and accommodate for it. Intermittent Fasting is what I lightly follow (first meal is often at 2pm).0
