I always had low fat cheese and almonds or hummus and red/green bell peppers0

1 can tuna, 1/2 avocado and 1 tbsp of Fat free miracle whip OR 100g 0% greek yogurt plain, 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein shake mix and throw in some almonds0

Blueberries
Raspberries
Fiber One Bar
Atkins Indulge Bars (Love the Caramel Cluster Bar)
Dippin Stix Carrrots and Ranch
Almonds or any kind of nuts really
Cheese Sticks
Pepperoni (if you microwave these for 50 seconds, you get nice cripsy Pepperoni Chips)0 -
I am a peanut butter and apple girl. Its probably one of my favorite snacks. Plus, it fits our challenge this week! Apples have no carbs and i think the peanut butter has like 4 grams per tbsp.0

Umm, apples have lots of carbs because they are high in sugar. The one I ate this morning had 22 grams of carbs.
Peanut butter and celery is better, and almond butter has less carbs than peanut butter but is also less sweet.
To add to the list:
Almond butter and celery
Beef Jerky (but watch the sodium)
Almonds, especially Emerald's cocoa or cinnamon flavored almonds
A hard boiled egg
Egg salad (made with whole mayo because lite mayo adds carbs) eaten with celery sticks as a scoop
Tuna salad, same as above
Atkins makes a line of snack bars that are 2-3 grams of carbs and are really tasty
Sugar free jello with real whipped cream0 -

sunflower kernels
Reddi Whip
low fat cheese
