First it was being sick so not being able to workout for 2weeks and not calorie counting since being so sick restricting isn't always beneficial, now I have my period its week 3 of poor choices how do you guys get back on track to staying within your calorie goal and getting back to working out as its also freezing so very hard to do anything. Aarrrhhh I love chocolate way to much!

This may sound stupid, but I watch some motivational workout vids on YouTube lol. Reminds me of the goals I have and That I can achieve them even if I fall short at times. Just gotta keep on getting up.. Hope that helps. cheers!0

well this mumma here is falling a lot, its okay until my clothes get tight then I will be very disappointed in myself for now I just feel stupid for giving in to my temptations on a daily basis, think I need to revisit how I go about with my diet as I need to find common ground.0
