I am watching diet vlogs on youtube. I came across a drop that people take under the tongue and the weight loss is good with healthy eating. Anyone tried them? Just after opinions. Please, no negatives.

It's a total scam, the drops don't work and the more full on injection ones are illegal in many many places. Not being negative, just giving facts. It's one of the most debunked diet plans out.

I'm not much of an advocate for supplements and weight loss aids although some of them are great in "assisting" weight loss efforts. However, I do like to try various products to see what the reaction/outcome is so that I can have an educated discussion. I did try these drops for a few short weeks and found the following: The taste was nasty, it was a pain in the *kitten* to keep remembering to use them although I did, I saw no difference in my weight as a result. Keeping in mind that my body and nutritional plan is different than yours. I have found that more natural supplements work well as an aid with an already healthy nutrition plan. I have used CLA, White Kidney Bean, Burn and items like that for a little extra boost and well being. If you have a calorie deficit you will lose weight. If you feel as if you need something to supplement vitamins/minerals that you may not be getting due to your restricted diet, assuming it's restricted, it won't hurt to take a supplement and/or multi vitamin. Things like the drops don't really do much. Hope this information helps

Just like all "weight loss aids" they don't do anything. HCG generally works because you are on a starvation diet of 500-800 calories...

Sorry, impossible to be positive towards a scam.

The healthy eating and calorie deficit as what you need, and all you need.

If it is a stavation diet, stay away from that too.

The key to that is the "healthy eating" part, not the nasty-tasting drops with unknown ingredients part.
And you can't ask for opinions & advice then say "no negatives".
There are no positives about scams like this, and people here will let you know it.
Avoid stupid things like those drops, or miracle pills, or diets which require you to give up (or only eat) one food group.

I did hcg mediral homeopathic drops with the hcg diet. It is a 500 cal diet though. It did work I lost 25 lbs at that time and kept it off when I returned to a normal eating for a few years. I don't know what is sold at the store but its not hcg since now it is illegal. Maybe you can still get shots from the dr or weight loss clinics but I don't know. I bought mine on amazon or ebay years ago.

I followed kevin treudeu book on it as well.

I wouldn't put too much stock in anything Treudeu has to say.
