How to Edit nutritional information of food in the database

How do you edit food that is already in the database? I have found 2 different entries for the food I am entering, and neither of them have the nutritional information correct.
I want to update it so my tracking is accurate.

Some foods are editable. Some are not. The ones that MFP has confirmed as "accurate" can not be edited. Better to just create custom foods and enter the nutritional data you deem as correct.0
