If you eat little enough of whatever you do like, you'll lose weight. Just enter your info into the MFP and follow the calories.

There are so many different fruits and veggies. Keep trying new ones. Prepare them in different ways. You're bound to find some you do like...at least like well enough to include in your diet. They'll give you vitamins and minerals you need and have good doses of fiber. So, don't give up until you've tried them all in different ways.

You don't have to worry about what you don't like that much. Just focus on what you do like. Look up the nutritional info and calorie info. Weigh and accurately log your portions. If you are concerned you aren't getting enough nutrients talk to your doctor about your concerns and possible supplements.

Make a list of the foods that you do eat:
    ~potatoes
    ~pizza
    ~apples
    ~whatever else . . . .

I'm also a fussy eater, things with strong tastes just overpower my tongue. Rules out lots of lovely healthy things such as eggs etc.

Fortunately as others have said, you can still lose weight without eating all the 'healthy' foods, just check your micro and macro's aren't being wildly underfilled and go from there.

Can you give us a little more to go on-- like a list of the foods that you DO like?

Right? We're not psychic and I don't feel like making suggestions for you to shoot down, as these threads usually go. You know what you eat and we don't, so why ask?

Eat what fits within your calorie goal. It's a lot easier if you load up on the vegetables and lean protein, but it's not necessary.
