just getting back on the weight loss wagon. Fell off about 5 weeks ago. Was 204lbs 2 months ago. Gain over 5 lbs since then. Want to get down to my goal of 180lbs. Also need to exercise more besides watching what I eat. I reached my maximum weight in Jan 2015 of 224.3lbs. So really I'm down about 15 lbs since I started back in January 2015. Anyways I just changed apps and thought I would try MyFitnessPal. Good luck to everyone. And if wanna chat just text me.
