Hi I'm Lucy, I am a nearly full time mummy and part time dental nurse.
I am aiming to put on some weight healthily as always being petite and slim and breastfeeding my nearly one year old has left me underweight. I probably burn about 400 calories a day breastfeeding and running around after my 3 yr old also takes it's toll!

Eat more steak and chicken, grilled of course. Sweet potatoes will help healthy weight gain to. And if you have a little time, go to a gym and just work on steady lifting. Don't go crazy on weights, take it slow0
