Felt it in my legs after my first day back in the pool; saw it on the scale on about day 8.0
-
It took me about three weeks. Clothes felt different, my face slimmed out more. Now 3 months later is when I'm starting to really notice differences (-26lbs).0
-
I felt results real quickly, it took longer to see them, but I had almost 100 to lose. I'm sure those with less to lose will see results much quicker. Now that I'm down 70 lbs, I see a difference about every 5 lbs.0
-
Started around 220. Definite difference at 20lbs lost.0
-
Started at 200. Noticed results around 190... I'm 5'2, so any 'small' changes now, even 5lbs, are INCREDIBLY noticeable.0
-
Monday I weighed 223 lbs. My next weigh in date is tomorrow. I don't know how much weight I've lost but I feel lighter.0
-
I just started 7 days ago on my weightloss. My 2,1 kg lost in this first week is good, but I also burn around 2.800 calories a day, riding my bike to and from work (28 km. each way). I must have burned much more fat and gained some muscles, because I can already feel my pants fit better.0
-
Nobody else noticed at all until I was down 30 pounds. I noticed at 10 down, but nobody else did.0
-
I have always had a hard time seeing the difference when I lose weight. I started out at 203 pounds and people started noticing at 15 pounds lost. I am 5'5.0
-
I think it depends on how much weight to lose. I noticed it around 15lbs. Good friends started seeing it around 20, everyone else around 30. But I started at 217. Now I can see the difference 5lbs makes but I am also doing bodyweight workouts and lifting weights so my muscle definition is much better the more I lose. I'm down 36lbs now and today I flexed and my hubby was like holy s##t because all of a sudden I have an actual bulge in my bicept.0
-
10 - 15lbs. Started noticing how much easier it was to go up and down stairs.0
-
It took about a week to notice a real difference on the scale. After two weeks I was seeing a difference in my clothing, some things were fitting better and somethings were no longer suitable to wear. I didn't see a difference in the mirror for about a month.0

My boss came back from a weekend trip (4 days) and was like "have you lost weight? You look like you have lost weight" that was about 5kgs in. I'm 5'3 and still have another 15kgs or so (uh 30lbs)0
-
I'm 5'5", medium frame. Started at 203/39-33-45 measurements. I'm now 170/38-27-41. I noticed a difference in my face around 190, but other people started to notice around 175. previously when I hit the 160s was when myself AND everyone else really started to notice.0
-
Took me about 2 months to notice results.0
-
I noticed at about -30, I am at -65 now though and no one else has noticed0
-
I really noticed at ~10lbs of weight loss (started at 220, so ~5 weeks in). So, that was with a ~5% weight loss. By then, I was one belt loop tighter, and I could see the changes in my face. I'm now at ~202 and I'm down a second belt loop and my shirts fit better.
My calf muscles are also getting back to their ripped look (I've never carried fat down there, mostly in my mid-section). I just need the rest of my body to catch up0 -
Two weeks in, and just had to switch to a different belt hole. Didn't think I looked any thinner though!0
-
I didn't SEE any difference in myself for about 30lbs, but I did feel it. My hip bones came back other people saw a difference in me at 20lbs lost.0
-
I noticed at about 10 lbs lost. Other people noticed at about 20 lbs.0
-
The number on the scale started dropping right away, which was a huge boost of confidence, and I immediately felt "lighter." Now I have lost about 2 inches around my mid-section, which has effected the way my clothes fit. The best feeling, though, was when my husband said he could see a difference.0
-
I started out at 348#, so it was close to 50 pounds for me.0
-
went down a belt notch after my first 30lb loss.0
-
i seen results as early as 4 weeks0
-
I started at 180 about a year ago. When I first lost about 20lbs, I noticed but I felt like no one else noticed. I asked my best friend if she could tell and she said of course but she didn't want to offend me by saying so. Our other friends even asked her if I lost weight. I guess other people do notice but dont say anything right away. As long as you feel better, that's all that matters.0

I FELT better 3 or 4 days into changing how I ate. I FELT amazing a week after that.
Actually noticing any physical changes? Hm.. About a month? I wear yoga pants and scrubs to work, so I wasn't in the habit of noticing when my normal clothes fit differently since don't wear them every day. First thing I noticed was my hip bones poking out when I was lying on my back on my bed. And I remember a month after starting, I went to put on a certain shirt, and it was too big. So were the pants I tried to put on with it. I wore them out anyway with a big stupid grin on my face. So it took losing 10.5lbs that first month for me to really notice any small changes, and they were usually painful things that I HAD to notice, like my cat trying to sit on me and stabbing me in the ribs with his little kitty paws.
I'm 95 days into this and about 25lbs down from where I started in May, and now I notice little things every day, like how my face looks different when I do my makeup, but it's not a constant. Some days I still feel like the same size I used to be, since my body shape hasn't changed, it's just gotten smaller overall. It's become an exercise in positivity to remind myself how far i've come.

3 weeks. I weigh 4.2 lbs less now and my clothes are looser and my face is slimmer, and my collar bones are more visible. Hooray!0
-
After about 15 lbs, my clothes started fitting looser and I was able to wear things that were previously a size too small. Also, after about 3 weeks, my energy levels skyrocketed and I started looking forward to workouts instead of dreading them.0
