Hi out there
To anyone who has stalled, I lost 52 lbs before I got pregnant and the best way to make sure you keep losing those lbs is to have one meal a week that you eat whatever you like and don't count the calories! It will keep you on track and kicks your body out of starvation mode!
Anyone else found stuff that helps? Please post!
