Insanity - 3 minutes break too long?

I find myself taking a 3 minute break before I can get back into the exercises. Is that too much? I'm not entirely new to fitness and have done Insanity on and off before, but have decided to stick with it this time and finish the 60 days. I just finished day 5 of Insanity. The past month, I did exercises from Beta and Gamma of T25 which toned me up a teensy little bit that shows in how my clothes fit but I haven't lost ANY weight. I'm a 27yrs old female, 5'3" and 140 lbs. I want to be between 125-130 lbs, hopefully by the end of September of this year.
Also, I can't seem to wean off my cereal eating habit for breakfast in the morning -- I eat corn flakes with almonds and oats in 220ml of skim milk and honey. Will that harm my progress? I eat clean the rest of the day - salads, lots of water and lean meat. Thanks for any advice you might have.

Why would it be too much? I did insanity and lost inches, but gained 2lbs in scale weight.
There's nothing wrong with cereal for breakfast if it fits your calories and macros.0 -
how are you doing on insanity? i want the dvds so bad! im going to get it next month i think:) how do you like it?
