Hi everyone I've had this app forever it seems. However, I'll be good an use it for a couple of days then forget all about it. I need to figure out how to stay I track. My fiancé and I are trying to prepare for our wedding. Eating healthy is t the issue neither is exercising its staying motivated that's the hard part. Any suggestions?

Hi, my name is Holly. Congratulations on your upcoming marriage. I had this app forever too. I could just never commit to get healthy. Then about 3 months ago I got on the scale and I weighed 269! Almost as much as my 6"1 dad. He is overweight and tall. I'm only 5'6. I was mortified and told myself that I refuse to see 270. The only suggestion I have is to really commit to logging in all your calories. Weighing and measuring my food has made a huge difference in my life. Also, having friends on this site was very motivational. I've joined a few of the groups and its been great. I've lost 34 pounds in 3 months. I'm so proud of myself. I still have a long way to go but I'm not gonna give up.
Have a great day and feel free to add me as your friend.

Hello, I am Shaunie. I like you have had the app forever and made a conscience decision that I can do this. I am 5'4 and 227lbs. My mother recently had a kidney transplant and her doctors were jumping on me about my health. So, I use this app to take a look at food before I even consume it. Try logging before you eat. You may make better decisions and log at the same time.
