I am doing my first bikini competition this year in November, I'm 15 weeks out and about two weeks into my prep since I started prepping 17 weeks out..wanted to get some thoughts on having a cheat meal/refeed once a week during prep?? I usually have one once a week but I am not sure if I should or should not have one during this time, thoughts/any help??

It's all just a numbers game. If you're losing too quickly you add in some calories-if you're losing too slowly you take away. I would definitely not have any free-for-all meals during a prep. This is the time to be meticulous.
If you want a day where you can have a bigger meal- Shave off 100 calories 6 days a week and get an extra 600 one day for a bigger treat. I liked cycling my calories during prep. For example: 1700-1700-1500-1900-repeat. Based on your own calorie goals, of course.0 -
Re-feeds and cheats are 2 completely different things. During comp prep 'cheats' shouldn't happen period, it's 15 weeks and a little deprivation and hunger are just a part of it. Refeeds will depend on your biofeedback to your diet and how your progressing. You may need them you may not, depends how you have your diet set up. Good luck in your competition:)0
