Happy New year everyone!!!
I have been relishing in the "holiday eating mode" for waaaayyyy too long and it is time to get back on track. I don't know how much I weigh now cause the scale i use is at school and i am home for another week. But I am in my cousins wedding in 2 weeks and i at least want to FEEL better and more in control. So, after a 2 week break, i am back to logging everything and undoing the damage- hopefully not TOO bad
How did everyone else get out of the holiday habits??? I am just lacking modvation. i can't do much working out at home. When i am at school i have a gym right across the street from me, but here, i have no machines or anything. I have been going on walks, and that makes me feel better but it is hard to stay on track with so many changes. What do you guys use to get back on track with eating after a slump????

You don't need machines to work out at home. Do crunches and stuff like that. Use water bottles or something like that for free weights. Look online and maybe they will show you some things you can do at home without equipment. Keep up the good work and drink that water!! Good luck!0

I'm kind of having the same problem, no work out equipment and no modivation to pop in a dvd to move step by step too. I felt like I wasn't getting anything done for my self. But This week I discovered free style dancing. When I was in my teens and early 20's I was dancing every night and my waist was so much thinner, I turned on my Ipod and got down. I've lost 4 pounds so far and I don't have to follow a step by step dance instructor. I think this may work for me. Just close your door and dance away. I sweated and my heart rate went up and I feel great.0
