Hi all!
I am ready to get back on track! I used MFP over a year ago with some success. I did not use any of the "Community" features to help keep me motivated, and hope that it will make a difference for me this time. I have a 40 lb weight loss goal this time. I'm tired of watching the numbers on the scale inch higher. Looking forward to any tips, motivation and support you have to offer!!

Like you, I too was successful over a year ago with MFP. Stopped using it..gained 20 lbs. I also have a 40 lb weight loss goal. Want to help me try and stay on it this time???0

Yes! I literally just started again... Today is day 1! I thought if I tried to find so people with like minded goals, we could support each other on our journeys.0
