Guilin Vermicelli - too good to be true?

I bought this Guilin Vermicelli at an Asian market and the nutrition facts sound too good to be true. All the other nutrition facts I've seen for rice vermicelli are nothing like this. Here's the claim:
Serving Size: 1oz (28g)
Calories: 31
Fat: 0g
Sodium: 1mg
Carb: 6g
Fiber: 1g
Protein: 1g
They don't taste bad at all if anyone would like to try them. I know tofu shirataki and the "miracle noodles" make claims similar, but I am leery of this one. Any thoughts?

The serving size on other rice vermicelli might be larger. This serving is only 1oz which in most cases a serving is 4oz. I would check the others that you have and compare. If that doesn't help, then perhaps this is the new go-to rice noodle.0

It's not too good to be true. These are made from rice which contributes to them being low carb, low fat and low sodium.0

All of the data I'm finding on other websites, including the MFP Database, brings the calories of this rice vermicelli in closer to 100 calories per 1 oz (or 28g). But I'm going to check back to this post just in case I'm wrong... cause that would be AWESOME! :bigsmile:0

Exactly what I'm saying, everywhere else says otherwise. I really hope it's accurate because it was only 78 cents for a 12oz package!0 -

HOLY COW!!! That is VERY inexpensive... Especially if it's good for you (or at least not as bad for you). Have you used it before, Jorra (or anyone)? Can you use it like spaghetti or is it only for stir fry? Thanks for posting this... I'm going to keep watching for other opinions. :flowerforyou:0 -

I'd never used it before, but I just boiled it up like any other pasta, worked just fine. I put some chicken and veggies on top and it was great! They come out a little slimier than regular pasta, but it rinses off.0
