Hi,
What does everyone do if they have one of those days where they go well over the calorie amount?
Example - more excercise next day?
Eat less next day? That type of thing....thanks

Accept it and move on. It's not a big deal.0

I just get back on track the next day and reminisce fondly about the day before.0

The ONLY thing I try to do, is make sure I drink a lot of water, and stick to my goal the next day. I don't want to get in an eat/punish cycle.
Now, PLANNING for an overage day, by saving up a few calories or exercising, to me is different. I'm earning the overage, not punishing myself.
For me it comes down to being in control of what I'm eating and not being a back seat driver to what I put in my face!0
