    And as far as the programs P90X vs Insanity?
    Well they are both great programs I love them both, but Insanity is a lot more intense than P90X.. It's more of cardio exercises vs P90X which has some cardio, but more toning exercises, in which you need equipment (ex: resistance bands, dumbbells etc..) With Insanity nothing is needed, just you!! :smile:
    I'd say start out with P90X, and then do Insanity.. But hey who am I? If you're up for the challenge do which ever your heart desires.. :)
