G'day everyone
Started my weight loss journey 1 week ago and have had some positive results already so far after just giving birth to my second child 3 months ago I decided I wanted to be a healthier mum for my children and of course myself at a starting weight of 103.9 kgs I'm already down 1.5kg in the first week. So pumped and although I have a long way to go to get to my goal of 70kg I am feeling very positive and confident that this time I will get there and stay there.

    Hello!!
    I am from WA!
My goal weight is also 70 kg's
I was 105kg before I had my first child
After my second I loss it all and got to my goal weight of 72kg so I had another baby witch turned into twins. It's been three years since the twins were born and now I am up up to 92kg
I love the gym, but have found it hard to get there due to sick kids or I am too tried
Last week my self and my mind finally said enough is enough it's time to loss this weight and take back control.

So after a week with this app no gym I have loss 3kg

I also have the flu that's why I haven't been to the gym. If I had the flu two weeks ago I would have eat all the bad food I could buy.
I am very proud of my self for not buying and eating food just because I feel like crap.

cBond which of Australia are you from?

I'm from Sydney. That's great you are taking back control it's a hard step especially running around after twins. Wow 3kgs is huge keep Going I brought myself a commercial grade elliptical trainer with ifit so I have a gym room set up in my house with the kids toys in there so they can play whilst I workout it's a win win and no need to worry bout time or baby sitters I do it at my own pace it's great.
