So I need suggestions on strengthening and toning. When I started my NEW journey, the 3rd week of January 2015, I was 232lbs. I'm 6'0ft. I was running and working out with weights. And though I was losing weight, it didn't seem like I was toning up. I had a injury a few yrs ago, I dislocated both my hips. Went from being a swimmer, tennis player and a show rider (English saddle horseback) and being 150lbs to 320lbs and couldn't walk for a year and a half. 3 1/2 yrs later I was cleared to start back exercising. And I lost the weight instantly, but I had obtained terrible stretch marks. I was 170 lbs. My weight kept going up and down. And now I have it down to 182.9 and my goal is 170-175. But I'm toning up but not how I know I should. And suggestions for ( pectoral area, mid section). I just want it to be tight/firm/toned!!!
