Aikido and iaido, but I haven't practiced since last fall because of an injury outside the dojo. Want to lose some weight before returning.

Iakhena which school of Iaido? I practice KNBK (one of the Eishin Ryu subtypes)

I've been studying Uechi Ryu Karate Do for just over a year and a half. Tied on Gokyu last month. Also studied Tae Kwon Do when I was younger. OSU!

Hello all, Right now im doing Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. :)
If only I had more time on my hands. Personally I'd love to just do my own training sessions one on one with a pro in BJJ. With my work and duties as a father, I have just enough time to lift. Lol, and I'm cheap as hell too. I'd rather trade sessions for sessions, but many don't do that.

    Lifetime practitioner here.
    Studied many styles.
Currently teaching Arnis and Silat, with a lot of concepts from other martial arts thrown into the mix.

In and out of martial arts over many years; currently taking Chung Do Kwan Tae Kwon Do. Martial arts has always been a key losing weight and maintaining the loss.
