if you are 45+ but feel like 30, lets talk about ways of keeping this attitude going. It does not happen by itself, but takes a commitment. Staying young is a full time job!

I'm 48 but I feel and look younger than I did ten years ago. Currently lost 23 pounds since November 2014. It's been a slow, steady race for me because I did not want to feel deprived and wanted to finally stick with a plan that worked for me. I exercise about 5 to 6 times a week and have so much more energy than I ever though was possible. I can even (sometimes) outlast my 13 year old daughter who is active and weighs about 100 pounds.
In my opinion, eating healthier, exercising and keeping a positive mental attitude are keys to staying young and feeling young.

You sound just like me )
I can outlast all my 6 kids including my 13 year dd who weighs, lol, 100 lbs. I completed 1500 mile ride across the west coast in 30 days, on my bike. After this adventure, I felt happier and healthier. I truly believe good eating, drinking and attitude determine our long term health outcome.
Here is to good health,
