Just saw it on someone's diary...

Any takers? I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE peanut butter; I could live on it; but the calories are EVIL......

Advice on this? Special brands; recipies? I haven't stopped smiling since I found one that has only 22 calories a serving, so please don't burst my bubble too hard!

You want PB2 from Bell Plantation. It is good! you get the taste and the creaminess. To me, it's still not the same as "real" peanut butter, but it does for days where I'm tight on calories!

Yes! This is where we get it. Some stores have it on the shelves, none near me, though. It is 45 calories for 2 tablespoons & low sodium! They also have it in chocolate!

It's hard to find in stores, but if you live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, you can buy it at Market Street.

It's great mixed in shakes but on its own its weird as it has had all the oil taken out, the texture is off putting to me.

Kind of pricey but awesome peanut butter flavor for 45 calories

It's pretty cheap on Amazon too...

It's just peanuts that they squeezed the oil out of...making it a powder.

I just picked some up this weekend, but haven't tried it yet. I hear great things about it though. I love peanut butter so for fewer calories it was worth a shot for me.

Oh I absolutely love PB2. It tastes so much like the real thing. For any of you weight watchers program members its only 1 pointsplus for 2 tbsps compared to 5 pointsplus for either regular peanut butter or reduced fat peanut butter. If you are military or have access to a friend that is military you can also get it at the commissaries. Thats where I found mine.

Im not sure about powdered peanut butter, it doesn't sound very good to me! But I too LOVE me some peanut butter! The calories in regular peanut butter are pretty bad. I found a natural brand peanut butter that taste GREAT and comes in different flavors. It's called Peanut Butter & Co. The calories are about 10-30 under normal peanut butter and sodium/fat is pretty low also. I use the cinnamon raise kind with apples and OMG it's so darn good! I use it at least three or four times a week. :-)

well you take 2 tbsps of the powdered pb and mix it with 1 tbsp of water and stir it until smooth. trust me it tastes great and I am peanut butter picky. I had also tried better n peanut butter and like that too but I think I love PB2 better.
