Lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks

Hi! I was just wondering if losing 10 pounds in 5 weeks was a realistic goal? Also if anyone had any tips?

Clean eating isn't what matters, eating in a calorie deficit is what does. Log everything as accurately as you can and you'll lose. Will it be ten pounds? Maybe, maybe not. What are your stats?0

I don't think it's realistic unless you're going to live quite miltantly... logging every bite, having a daily caloric deficit etc.0

Logging everything that you eat and having a daily deficit doesn't sound all that militant to me.
A huge deficit could be hard to maintain, but creating some sort of deficit daily is actually pretty easy.0 -
It is definitely doable. I've lost 5 lbs in two weeks so I am on track. I set my daily calorie goal to leave me losing 2lbs each week. I log pretty much everything and the results have been consistent. My macros are pretty solid and I still make room to eat the foods I love. I typically save my "treats" until the end of the night after I enter my exercise cals into MFP. I only eat back 20-30% of my cals.0
