    The triple means you do the circuit 3 times instead of the normal 2

    Did set one of two and did WAY better than expected- on to set two! Thanks for the best at home in front of tv workout!

    I managed the first set yesterday ok, but the second was much harder and I could hardly do 10 crunches today hehe!
