Breakfast suggestions before workout

I just started to workout before work in the morning. In the past I've eaten 2 eggs for breakfast and was fine till lunch. Now that I'm working out in the AM it's not enough I'm getting hungry earlier then normal. This morning I ate 2 eggs before and a banana when I got to work. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

You can saute vegetables ahead of time and have them with eggs. You also could have protein with your banana (PB or chia seeds in milk) or maybe even add that banana to some homemade oats.0

I split my breakfast when I workout in the morning. This week I had steel cut oats (I make a batch overnight and have enough for 4 servings) with 1/2 banana or peach mixed in. Then after my workout I have 1/2-1 cup egg whites with 1 egg with either 1/2 roasted sweet potato, toast, or a trader joes black bean quinoa burger (yum!) or I'll make an egg omelet with ham peppers and feta...sometimes before a workout I have a piece of toast with 1/2 TB peanut butter.
Without a large breakfast I'm not making it past 10:30!
Steel cut oats could be your best friend as well as make ahead roasted sweet potatoes and perhaps then just whip up an egg to pack...0
