    You journey begins with the attitude that you must change your lifestyle. It is not an easy change (I lost close to 100 lbs but slipped a bit and now need to lose 20 lbs). Commitment is the key. Support from friends does help but YOU are the one that makes the final choices. Best of Luck!

    I definitely need the group help. I have a 7 year old and I never really lost the baby fat...well for fact I never really tried until I weighed myself the other day.
