Meal Prepping 101

I just started meal prepping, and I'm loving it!

I do however wonder how everyone else goes about prepping.

I am currently only prepping my lunches, since that has always been a problem for me.

Can you guys list how you eat in a day? Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

Usually I take 15 minutes in the morning to make myself an omelet, or something simple like that. For dinner I've been struggling. I normally workout around dinner time, I focus more on exercising rather than make my dinner.

If anyone has some words of wisdom, they will be much appreciated!

Thanks!

For breakfast I make the 3 ingredient pancakes but I make it into a load pan in the oven and eat it like banana bread all week long.
For lunch I make chicken for enough for a week as well for lunch and dinner.
And my veggies is either broccoli or spinach.
Also I keep lots of easy edible fruit :)

I usually have a wrap with wheat tortilla with turkey and mustard and veggies. Lunches (past 2 weeks) have been soup (Vegetarian ones at that: Cabbage soup and French Onion soup). Dinner is whatever I find. Typically between 200-600 calories. I'm trying to stick to 1200 calories a day.
