Hi. I am going to be 40 yrs old next year and I want to be a healthier me!! All these years I have yo-yo tried to lose weight for a party, for a date, to look cute. But really, I need to focus on losing weight so I can live another 40 more years! I want to travel and live life to the fullest without feeling sluggish and tired. I also hate worrying about if I can keep up, am I too big for something...etc. Carrying all the extra weight all these years has taken a toll on my body. I'm now feeling it on my feet and knees. I need to make positive changes now! Today I bared the warm weather and achy feet and went for a 1 mile walk to lunch. Each day I will figure out a way to incorporate more steps/movement to my daily routine. Thanks fitnesspal for installing the step tracker! It's awesome. Tonight I am going to crotchet a cozy for my iPhone 6 plus (it's huge!) so I can wear it like a cross body all day and track my steps...save myself some $$ on a Fitbit. Wish me luck everyone! xo
