Walk/run intervals?

Wondering how others enter their run/walk intervals - I don't see it as an option, so do you enter them as separate items or take your overall average and find what fits best?

I typically enter my time walking and then enter my minutes for running. I then divide my calories up between the two with running burning about twice more calories than walking per minute, but I don't worry about that part too much. Or, you can create the exercise for your diary and if you are using a heart rate monitor or app that calculates your calories burned just enter those for your new exercise. This will help if you are frequently doing a walk-run interval type of workout because it should store the exercise for you.0
