    Yes, rice is a great dinner food (or breakfast, or lunch, or anywhere inbetwen), if eaten in moderation.

    Hello everyone.

    Has anyone tried these...I live them!!! So quick, easy and no pans! Can eat anything with them. I prefer meat. Easily have a meal around 350cals. So yummy too. 60mxhzamk8w4.jpg
