I've recently came across this food blog and I can't seem to share it with enough people!

All of her recipes sounds SO tasty! I already plan to try her Holey Moley Guacamole, Monkey Bread, Chicken Enchilada Pockets, “Spaghetti” with Tomato Sauce and Parmesan Cheese, 5 Minute Cookies and Cream Frozen Pie and Spinach Artichoke Dip. The longer I look at her index, the more this list grows!! YUM!

If you make anything of hers, let me know how it turns out! Also, if you know of any other food blogs that share recipes, focus on healthy alternatives and note some nutritional info - share that too! :bigsmile:

    I'm looking at it now and I think it's funny lemon bars are the first thing on there, my mom made lemon bars last night and I'm having to physically restrain myself from eating all of them :p
