Personally, I enjoy a serving or two of green grapes when I get hungry mid-afternoon. What about y'all?

    i eat 2 bananas like every day, they're filling, fairly low calorie, super cheap and take no effort to get ready

    I drink a vanilla soy protein smoothie with unsweetened almond milk and one banana after working out in the morning. Keeps me satisfied until lunch:)

    Fruit and rice cakes.

    If you don't like rice cakes, you're in the majority. I know many people don't. Nobody has to tell me that they don't like them, think they taste like cardboard, etc. :)

    the mini rice cakes are delicious and my favorite is the caramel ones.
