not motivated in Florida

Hi my name is Gina. I live in Florida and I'm disabled. I also have fibromyalgia along with many other ailments. .the pain makes me feel like not wanting to go to the gym. .I'm just not motivated to do anything. ..I need help. ..

    SOrry to here that. In what part of FLorida you live? Do you like the beach?? Because one of the things that motivate me whenever I feel down or not in mood to work out is move my workout to the beach, a 20-30mn run or walk in the beach plus some squats and push ups maybe.... so maybe you an try that, try to move your workout out of the gym and see what happens.
