From Ontario and motivated to drop some weight and tone up

Hi there! just try to eat healthy, no breads nothing fried and at least 45 min of cardio plus come weights, try to make so fun so you don't get bored.... you have a new friend here!0

I would say that your worst enemy is emotional endurance, if you don't get the results you want as fast as you want them, i recommend just concentrating on your smaller victories. Changing to a healthier lifestyle will improve the way u feel and your state of mind. Try concentrating on how you feel on days when the scale or the mirror are being jerks0
