Just recently started truvision fix & weight/energy, was having trouble keeping up with my protein grams and myfitnesspal happened!!! Can you adjust the calorie expectation?

    You used to be able to do that under goals but it appears that now you have to be a premium user to have this benefit. I just recently started truvision also. Good luck on your journey :smile:

    How do you know how much protein to eat on Truvision??? I just started today and I didn't realize there is an amount of protein or am I reading wrong??
