Not sure how to post photos using mobile, maybe see my profile pic.

I knew I was turning 40 this year, and last year I started making attempts to get in shape. I've not done this in more than 10 years, because I got married and no longer need to 'get girls'.

So after a few months of exercising here and there, I began counting what I ate as of March 22. I just never in my life understood portion sizes and calories.

And guess what? Eat better, exercise more and lose weight. I am regularly recieving compliments from my coworkers. Sure, I am 280 now, which is still big. It is where I was about 4 years ago, for the 4 years before that. But I never knew how to work towards fitness! I think four months of routine has helped me develop a new skill. If this keeps up, in 16 months I can eat and drink whatever I want, whenever I want and NEVER exercise again, right?
