new to the group, need some motivation, Im at 5 and 1/2 lbs weight loss, in 25 days. Running out of ideas of what to eat. thank you

Thank you so much, don't know how to figure every single calorie. I've been just adding them as quick calories. Can't get the bar code scanner to work and don't eat many canned or packaged food but now I saw yours I can Google a calorie list. Thanks again.0
