Hi! My name is Courtney, I'm a 29 year old married mother of three. I'm 5'1" and since losing 26 lbs over 4 months I'm at 138 lbs! My goal weight is 134 for a total weight loss of 30lbs. So pretty soon I will mostly be focusing on maintaining my weight. Although I've been using MFP for months I'm just now looking for friends, mostly to share food diarys for more ideas on low calorie foods and meals. I eat between 1000-1100 calories daily so it would be most helpful to have friends with the same daily calorie goals. I have also started doing a little bit of cardio a few times a week. One other thing, since having gestational diabetes with my last baby I am prediabetic and have to watch my 'total carb' intake at every snack and meal so anyone with this similar issue would be incredibly helpful as a friend on here.     I'm in the same condition. I've taken a slightly different approach and given up Gluten. This has helped with my weight loss 35lbs so far looking to shed another 10lbs to be at my ideal weight of 220lbs. I'm 6'4" and have been over weight for about 6 years jumping between 270 - 290. When I started my weight loss journey I weight 263.
