Our fig tree has been prolific this summer. All this hot weather and seems like all the figs are ripening this week. Yay. On the other hand, we're overrun with figs. We've already given away at least a 5-gallon bucket full of figs.

Do you have any fig recipes to share?

    1. Trade for things you don't already have.
    2. Marinate them in red wine, stuff with blue cheese, wrap with proscuito and grill. Then invite me over.
