Lifting weights

This app loves cardio and readily deducts calories when I run 6.5 miles but holds with disdain my 2 hour lifting session with minimal rest breaks 30sec to 2 min between major sets. Suggestions?

Enter it into cardiovascular under strength training0

I enter it under cardiovascular, calisthenics vigorous effort. tho 2 hours will prob show a 1000 calories burned.0

I decided to use calisthenics too. The app doesn't even list kettlebell swings or any metcon with weights. Puzzling since it works better than dreadmills and such for fat loss. The app is great for food but exercise, not so much.0

There is no such thing as an accurate calorie burn formula for weights. That's why by default, MFP doesn't give you calories back for it.0
