Oh I have such an appetite. ...any tips on how to bring it down?

I used to have that issue too. For me I found getting more protein at each meal plus reducing the sugars and eating more whole wheat seemed to help reduce my appetite.0

What are you eating? Generally you want the majority of your foods to have a low calorie density. So lean meat and lots of veggies. That'll help control your hunger. Once most of your diet consists of those foods, make room for the higher calorie dense stuff in small amounts so you still get to eat all the stuff you like.0
