I can't lose those last five pounds!!!

Hey guys :) I need any suggestions on losing that last 5-10 pounds. I am currently 5'8 and approximately 143 pounds. I am very aware that this is a great weight for my height. I'm not delusional or anything but I just want to tone my thighs and butt a little more and I know those 5 pounds will do the trick ( as I have lost them before) but I can't seem to do it! I have changed my diet to a more healthy one. I work out 4-5 days a week, and drink tonssss of water, and it's just not working. Any suggestions???? Thanks!!!

    So you think these 5 lbs are on your thighs eh?

    I agree with the recomp... A progressive lifting programme with lots of squats, lunges will help ...eat at maintenance

    Try strong curves (book) or new rules of lifting for women (book) or www.stronglifts5x5.com

    You want thighs of steel and a toned butt...that's muscle you need

    Losing the last 5lbs is no different to losing all the other weight you've lost, you just need a calorie deficit. Make sure you're counting very accurately as you'll have a smaller deficit now, so weigh everything you can if you're not already, and be patient as the weight loss will be slower.

    Thanks!! I had never heard of a recomp so I had to look it up but I will give that a try!!
