Had the best meal I probably had in weeks and to think it is less than 200 calories!!!!

All you need is three simple ingredients

Take your piece of 4 ounce chicken (double it for only another 100 calories) cover it in hotsauce (calorie free!) then coat it in a thin layer of bread crumbs...bake and enjoy....I like hot sauce so I added extra on top and green beans on the side :]

    Sounds yummy. I often splash my chicken breasts liberally with chipotle tabasco before, during and after grilling. Some like it hot :D
