Soy Alejandra, y estoy dándome una nueva oportunidad de bajar de peso. Hace un mes q empecé con la dieta y q registro en esta aplicación lo q como. Lástima q las notas y las recetas estén sólo en inglés. Tengo q bajar 20 kg, ya baje 3. Saludos!

    The myfitnesspal boards are english speaking only. It is a violation of the TOS you agreed to speaking in other languages. From what I understand, this is due to the moderators of the board only being english speaking and not being able to moderate other languages.
