Looking for someone who can help me stay encouraged. Don't need to chit chat. Just need someone who will encourage my exercise efforts Mon - Friday. Someone who will make it their priority to check in on my posts and comment or at least hit like. Anyone out here able and willing ? :-)

    Me too. I can help you motivated. Once you set up a goal and start losing, you'll get more motivated.

    I am hear for you. I need it too. We have to be in it together. Today I got up on time did some workout, drank my water and ate right. It's a good day.
